Charlette has been working for the company since the very beginning, when Ken Miks was operating as sole proprietor. She has helped the company grow to where it is today by incorporating her education in business administration, and extensive experience in office management. Her duties cover every aspect of tasks in our accounting and administrative department, and she keeps track of each employee in our firm, in house, and out in the field. Charlotte’s support of Kens vision and her loyalty to the company are invaluable to the Plate Line family.
Charlette is involved with her Church choir, and also produces, directs, and acts, in her local community theater. She loves to spend her free time with her husband Ray, their two boys, and her two beloved grandsons.

Darren comes to Plate Line with a broad range of experience in real estate, customer service, office management, and electrical/low voltage wiring. Darren's creed when dealing with our clients and staff is “service beyond expectation”. As a certified Cal OSHA safety officer, Darren ensures through weekly safety meetings that our men follow the guidelines set by the State of California. In his free time he can be found backpacking, camping, and staying active with his girlfriend Trina, and his three beautiful children, Draylin, Jade, and Krystal.
Our go to person to stock the office, perform maintenance, and also act as courier for the staff, Darren’s high energy and get it done attitude are a great addition to our team.
